PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extremely facilitate mounting work of a handle to a handle post. SOLUTION: A fixed bracket 15 for supporting the outer peripheral surface on the post side, namely one side of the outer peripheral surface of the handle 7 is fixed to the handle post 6, and a movable bracket 17 for supporting the outer peripheral surface on the other side of the handle 7 is openably/closably pivoted to the fixed bracket 15. In an engaged state of a sponge-like tubular grip 10 with the handle 7, the outer peripheral surface on the post side of the handle 7 is butted on the fixed bracket 15, and the movable bracket 17 is butted on the outer peripheral surface on the other side of the handle 7 to provide a closed state. In this state, a fastening section 22 of the movable bracket 17 and a fastening section 22 on the fixed bracket 15 side corresponding to this are fastened and fixed by a fastening and fixing means.
