PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable toilet seat cover which is comfortable to sit on and is fixed to a toilet seat easily. SOLUTION: The disposable toilet seat cover 10 is formed of a sheet 1 which is larger than the toilet seat 20 in a plan view and has a central part divided into a plurality of pieces 1P. A fastening part 3 for fastening the piece to the other part of the sheet is fixed on each of the plurality of the pieces, and an elastic member 5 forming gathers at edge parts of the sheet is fixed along the edge parts of the sheet.
