PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely analyze information on the distance an accident vehicle has moved.

SOLUTION: This system is provided with: an image memory 11 for storing an image data D1 of a traffic accident record image; a plan view memory 12 for storing a top view data D2 of the traffic accident record image; a vehicle position indicating part 17 for indicating a vehicle position within the first image in every frame, based on the image data D1; an operation part 20 for inputting the vehicle position selectively; a coordinate transformation constant calculating part 14 for calculating a constant Kt for transforming the first image into the top view; an image analyzing part 16 for transforming the vehicle position within the first image in the every frame using the coordinate transformation constant Kt to generate transformed coordinates Zct; a vehicle moving amount analyzing part 18 for composing the coordinate transformation constant on the top view to be generated as moving amount information; and a display 21 for displaying the moving amount information.
