<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mediation method, a mediation system, a mediation device, a computer program and a recording medium capable of drawing a better condition from a plurality of order-receiving applicants by applying a field of negotiation between an ordering applicant ordering a work such as a rebuilding work and the order-receiving applicants bidding for the work, in mediation applying a bidding system performed on a communication network. <P>SOLUTION: In this mediation device 10, when receiving a request for publication of a negotiation state, transmission of information for publication on the negotiation between an ordering device and an order-receiving device satisfying a prescribed condition is permitted (S607, 610), when it is determined that a period from start of condition negotiation processing elapses a first prescribed period set beforehand (S606:YES), or when it is determined that a period from the time when content information detected as the negotiation state between the ordering device and each order-receiving device is relayed lastly elapses a second prescribed period set beforehand (S609:YES). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
