PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking pan, an induction heating cooker and a cooker which can easily be rocked. SOLUTION: This frying pan (cooking pan) 10 comprises a container 12 for containing foods, and a rotator 18 or a sliding device provided on an outer-peripheral side face 20 of the container 12. The rotator 18 comprises a roller 14 and a supporting member 16 for supporting the roller 14. It is possible to provide a roller 38 at the end of the plate 34 of the induction heating cooker 36.
