PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power vehicle provided with a transmission device with a synchromesh type transmission capable of performing multi-speed transmission with no-clutch operation for 4 or more speeds, and driving at higher speed in backward driving than in forward driving in accordance with contents of work. SOLUTION: A hydraulic reverser mechanism 20 to switch forward/backward driving for a machine body is provided in a transmission passage for driving. A transmission device provided with a main transmission device 24 that can be actuated by actuators 22 and 23 is provided downstream of transmission. For super-soil crushing work or butt work, control of automatic speed change is executed for a speed position in the main transmission device 24 at which backward driving speed is higher than forward driving speed when the reverser mechanism 20 is changed form forward driving into backward driving.
