<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a selective harbicidal composition for crops, such as corn. <P>SOLUTION: This synergistic harbicidal composition comprises (a) a compound of formula (I) or its agronomically acceptable salt and (b)one or more compounds selected from atrazine, terbutryn, foramsulfuron, trifloxysulfuron, metolachlor, flufenacet, dimethenamid, pethoxamid, flumetsulam, metosulam, pyridate, dicamba, glufosinate, fluthiacet, imazamox, nicosulfuron, cloransulam, 2,4-D, florasulm, flumiclorac, bromoxynil, sethoxydim, ioxynil, tepraloxydim, carfentrazone, clethodim, glyphosate or the like in a synergistically effective amount.
