PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stepping/sliding type tool for improving blood circulation of a human body. SOLUTION: The stepping/sliding type tool is constituted of a stepping/sliding type tool body 1 in which several movable lanes 2 are inner set in a rectangular box body and on the front and rear side faces of which several impact preventing elastic materials 3 are mounted, a sliding type handrail 9 which forms a U-shaped rail 10 on a U-shaped bone material and on which sliding type handles 11 are mounted in the rail, and four posts 5 for fixing the sliding type handrail to the stepping/sliding type tool body. And, sliding type footrest vehicles 4 with rollers are mounted slidably in the front and rear directions on the movable lanes of the stepping/sliding type tool body. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
