PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonograph which can perform signal transmission between a vibrator and a device body more effectively, without configuration change for matching to the vibrator. SOLUTION: The array vibrator 10 is composed of a plurality of vibration elements 12, wherein each vibration element 12 is connected to a signal wire 14. A connector 18 is provided at a side end of the device body 22 of the signal wire 14 and a matching circuit 20 is provided in the connector 18. The matching circuit 20 is provided between the signal wire 14 and a transmitting and receiving part 24 corresponding to the each signal wire 14. The matching circuit 20 is composed of a coil 26 and a capacitor 28, which performs an electric impedance matching at a signal transmission route from the vibration element 12 to the transmitting and receiving part 24.
