PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesion-processed sheet allowing easy re-adhesion and leaving no residual paste or debris of a broken surface sheet on the surface to be adhered on re-peeling, owing to many bore holes formed on an adhesive layer and a release sheet. SOLUTION: The sheet has a sheet substrate 1, an adhesive layer 2 and a release sheet 3 in this order from the surface layer, and many bore holes are formed in the layer 2 and the sheet 3.
