PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need for retreating yarn packages from working positions when the yarn packages are exchanged and improve productivity. SOLUTION: A creel device includes a frame on which two or more yarn packages are mounted and a direction change guide changing a running direction of extracted yarn so that the yarn extracted from the yarn packages is doubled in one direction. The direction change guide is disposed advanceably to the frame and is such constituted as to be arranged on the upstream side of a yarn group doubled in one direction and on both sides of the yarn group.
