PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide pants for an incontinent person with excellent fitness, with which the number of required pants per person can be reduced. SOLUTION: On the inner side of a pants body part, an absorptive pad part is detachably arranged. Thus, even when the absorptive pad part gets dirty, the absorptive pad is detached from the pants body and washed alone. As a result, the number of the required pants per person is reduced.
