PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a stable easy posture by properly supporting a part of a body of each seated person having a different build, and to properly support the body even when having a posture such as supineness by a reclining function or the like. SOLUTION: A core material of a support member 3 or a portion wherein deformation of at least a support face of the support member 3 itself is required is divided into a plural number, and the divided core materials or support members are connected to each other by flexible mechanisms 1. The flexible mechanism 1 has: a fixing side member 5 including a plurality of overlapped plates 7, 8 parallel disposed at an interval; a tilting side member 6 including a plurality of overlapped plates 7, 8 overlapping the overlapped plates 7, 8 of the fixing side member 5; a connection shaft 12 penetrating overlapped positions of the respective overlapped plates 7, 8 of the fixing side member 5 and the tilting side member 6, and fastening the overlapped plates 7, 8; and an energizing means 11 energizing the overlapped plates 7, 8 to the overlapping direction.
