PURPOSE: An inverter structure of a manhole is provided to drain sewage without deposition actively, to construct the manhole easily, and to reduce working hours by integrating the inlet pipe with the inlet of the manhole simply and accurately without additional elbows. CONSTITUTION: An inverter structure of a cylindrical manhole(10) draining sewage is composed of a bottom plate(40) having a drain port(42) formed in the upper part, a sewage guide groove(41) extended to the center of the drain port, and a guide port(43) bent in the upper part, and a sectorial rotating plate(50) composed of a semicircular sewage guide groove(51) or more arranged radially in the upper part and a guide port(53) combined with the guide port of the bottom plate and formed radially in the lower part. The bottom plate is separated from the manhole, and the upper part of the bottom plate is inclined to the drain port.
