PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a foam-molded article with a good appearance to be produced at a low cost. SOLUTION: In a method for molding a foamed structure, an inert gas is made to permeate through a thermoplastic resin material 123 before molding, and injection molding is performed by an injection molding machine, so that the foamed structure with a fine cell structure can be molded. This method comprises an arrangement process wherein decorative members 3 for decorating the foamed structure are arranged in molds 21 and 22 of the injection molding machine, and an injection process for injecting the molten thermoplastic resin material into the molds 21 and 22 in which the decorative members 3 are arranged.
