PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication terminal device which can discriminate whether the telephone number left in incoming call history is by [the disconnection after one ringing] or not, and a communication system. SOLUTION: The communication terminal device is constituted to have a calling time measuring part 215 to measure a time from the time of incoming call until the time of the finish of the calling whenever receiving the incoming calls, an incoming call history storing part 213 to store the measuring results by the calling time measuring part 215 as the incoming call history together with the telephone number of a transmission origin by which the calling is executed, and a display part 211 to display the incoming call history stored in the incoming call history storing part 213. A user of the communication terminal device can discriminate whether the telephone number left in the incoming call history is by [the disconnection after one ringing] or not on the basis of the calling time to be displayed together with the telephone number.
