PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently manage one's communication party information received from one's communication party and one's communication party information being designated by an own machine, to print and output them by a printer, and to display and output them to a display screen such as an operation panel. SOLUTION: A communication information management means 3 manages information stored in a communication information storage means 2. A printing means 4 prints an image received by a facsimile communication means 1 and communication management information extracted from the communication history storage means 2. An operation display means 5 has the operation panel and the display screen for displaying at least operation support information and the communication management information. A main control means 7 has at least the facsimile communication means 1, communication information storage means 2, communication information management means 3, printing means 4, and operation display means 5. The communication history storage means 2 stores the one's communication party information received from the one's communication party as remote information, stores the one's communication party information designated by the own machine as local information, and stores the history of communication by the facsimile communication means.
