PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic semiconductor element in which the potential of an organic semiconductor film can be regulated and the variations in the threshold level can be prevented. SOLUTION: Independently of the gate electrode, source electrode and drain electrode, the organic semiconductor element has an electrode for imparting the potential of an organic semiconductor film externally.
