PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional shape display device capable of easily measuring a rough size of a three-dimensional shape. SOLUTION: The three-dimensional shape display device displays a shape on a two-dimensional plane by parallel projection of the three-dimensional shape, and a scale line segment used as a measurement reference. When there is an instruction for enlargement display or reduction display of the displayed shape, or a change instruction of a unit of length used as the measurement reference, a length of the scale line segment is adjusted and displayed within a certain range in response to the instruction. When measuring the size of the three-dimensional shape, the scale line segment is translated or rotated, and simplified measurement is carried out as though one is using a ruler on the displayed three-dimensional shape.
