PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic processing general-purpose control system or the like capable of reducing the labor burden related to the input and registration of a using software and its linkage order in the input of a job. SOLUTION: A job input part registers the association among procedure, a control part and parameter as an associated table. When a job name and data of a subject are inputted (step 1401), and a procedure is selected (step 1402), the job input part extracts a parameter item corresponding to the procedure in reference to the associated table (procedure×parameter) (step 1403). When a parameter value is inputted (step 1404), the job input part extracts a control part corresponding to the procedure with the processing order in reference to the associated table (procedure×control part) (step 1405), and further sets the inputted parameter value for each control part and for each parameter item in reference to the associated table (control part×parameter) (step 1406) to register the job in a registration table (step 1407).
