PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for synthesizing a polyfunctional diallyl cyanulate having wide uses by improving difficulty in the conventional synthetic method of cyanulic esters and isocyanulic esters. SOLUTION: This method for synthesizing the diallyl cyanulate is characterized by bringing an alkali hydroxide in contact with triallyl cyanulate in an aprotic solvent as shown in general formula (1).
