PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide kaolin for a tableware substrate which can realize weight reduction and strengthening of a porcelain tableware with excellent formability and workability and its producing method. SOLUTION: A tableware-shaped molding is formed by using the kaolin for the tableware substrate and the porcelain tableware is produced by burning it.
