PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging box which can be simply and surely separated (a strip can be torn off) for forming a tray so that a quantity of dispersed wastes can be reduced. SOLUTION: The wrap-around-type packaging box has a pair of opposite side face plates 11 connected with a barrel forming side of an upper face plate 25, and upper surface outer flaps 45 respectively connected with both ends of an opening on the upper face plate. The pair of opposite side face plates 11 are connected with a barrel forming side of a base plate, and lower surface outer flaps 41 are formed at both ends of the opening of the base plate. Inner flaps 31 and 35 are substantially connected respectively with both ends of the opening side of the side face plates, and in addition they form an integrated side face. The integrated side face is formed with tear-open strips 4 and 5 which can be torn off with the ends of the inner flaps held toward the opposite inner flap via the side face plate after the upper surface outer flaps are unsealed.
