PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray radiographic imaging apparatus with which a patient is reported that his order comes well in advance when the patient is waiting for X-ray radiography, and a radiography waiting time is shortened. SOLUTION: The apparatus includes: an X-ray radiography order obtaining means; and a radiography progress monitor means. The apparatus obtains patient information of a succeeding order from the progress of X-ray radiography, reproduces it by a display or sound issuing means, and reports the order to the patient. Consequently, psychological burden on the patient is relieved, radiographic imaging is smoothly performed, and the total radiography waiting time of the whole patients is shortened.
