PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably prevent supply of warm water to a shower nozzle when the temperature of the warm water exceeds the upper limit temperature of a proper temperature range during shower bathing. SOLUTION: Even if exceeding of the temperature of hot and cold water cannot be detected by software control by a first control part 68 when the temperature exceeds the upper limit temperature (e.g.44°C) of the proper temperature range only for a short period, or the like, a second control part 82 directly compares a temperature detection signal value corresponding to the temperature of the hot and cold water detected by temperature detection sensors TS3 and TS4 with a threshold corresponding to an upper limit temperature (e.g.45°C) set by the second control part 82. When deciding that the temperature detection signal value exceeds the threshold, the control part 82 controls electromagnetic switching valves 67a and 67b from an open state to a close state to stop the supply of hot and cold water to shower nozzles 5a and 5b.
