PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set up a moss-fixing base on a slant roof. SOLUTION: The moss-fixing base 1 comprises a resin molded product having a spring structure equipped with a panel-like network structure 2 formed by fusing at spots where large numbers of continuous strands comprising a thermoplastic resin are meandering and three dimensionally and irregularly crossing, holding the moss 3 and a moss-curing material 4 in voids among the three dimensional network structure 2, compressing the three dimensional network structure 2 toward the face direction to reduce percentage of voids to enclose the moss 3 and the moss-curing material 4 held in the voids not to flow out by wind and rain and having strengths and moldability sufficiently used when applied to clay roofing tiles 10. Fixing devices 5, 6 which are iron bars are passed through the moss-fixing base 1 in the predetermined direction. The moss-fixing base 1 is fixed by passing the heated iron-made fixing devices 5, 6 through the three dimensional network structure 2.
