TEST DEVICE AND METHOD FOR JUDGING DOOR PERFORMANCE OF VEHICLE BY VIBRATION ACCELEROMETER AND SOUND LEVELMETER

PURPOSE: A test device and a method for judging the door performance of a vehicle are provided to synthetically estimate the level and performance of a test door by quantitatively judging a signal input through a vibration accelerometer and a sound levelmeter by a frequency analyzing mechanism and a judging logic unit. CONSTITUTION: A test device for judging the door performance of a vehicle is composed of a push/pull gauge(40) for opening and closing continuously a test door(10) by set constant power during a test; a vibration accelerometer(20) for sensing vibration wave vibrated in opening and closing the test door; a sound levelmeter(30) installed at the constant distance from the opened and closed door to measure noise generated during opening and closing the test door; a frequency analyzing mechanism(50) for analyzing and processing a measuring signal by inputting the signal measured from the sound levelmeter; and a judging logic unit(60) for estimating synthetically the performance and level of the test door by judging the signals analyzed by the frequency analyzing mechanism and measured by the vibration accelerometer according to a set judging logic.
