<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal for a bearing in which seal lips that are thinnest at root parts are formed with favorable precision and without deformation. <P>SOLUTION: This seal 10 for a bearing comprises a reinforced ring part 11, and an elastic part 12 having seal lips 13, 14, and 15, and it is installed between an outer ring-equivalent member and an inner ring-equivalent member to seal the inside and the outside of both members from each other.
