<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weather strip mounting structure for restricting the dislocation of weather strips in the longitudinal directions without involving structural difficulty. <P>SOLUTION: A body side weather strip 11 is provided at the door opening peripheral edge corresponding to a door 3, a door weather strip 21 is provided along the outer peripheral edge of a sash 4 of the door 2 and a glass run 31 is provided on the inner periphery side of the sash 4 of the door 2. The body side weather strip 11, the door weather strip 21 and the glass run 31 have their joined surfaces joined to one another by magnetically joining magnetic coating layers provided on the weather strips 11, 12, 13 to magnets 41-43 provided on sides of the body 2 and the door 3.
