<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control circuit of a DC brushless motor which is for single-phase full-wave driving and capable of erasing switching noise without a capacitor for reflux. <P>SOLUTION: Two upper-side arm p-channel MOSFETs of a full-wave energization control circuit energize two lower-side arm n-channel MOSFETs during a non-energized period (reflux period), to reflux a regenerative current of a stator coil. In this configuration, a magnetic detector is shifted by a prescribed angle in the rotational direction of a rotor for improved current waveform, resulting in higher efficiency. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
