<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clarify a method for uniaxial rotation suitable for molding a thin molded product, such as a condom and to clarify particularly a method for uniaxial rotation compression molding and its die. <P>SOLUTION: The method for uniaxial rotation molding having (1) a constitution in which a female die and/or a male die is uniaxially rotated includes a step of using a die having a spiral groove formed on an outer peripheral surface of the male die and/or an inner peripheral surface of the female die, and (2) a step of fixing a preform obtained by molding an unvulcanized or semi-vulcanized natural or synthetic rubber or thermoplastic resin material in a disc-like state, to a lower end of the male die, and uniaxially rotation molding the preform. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
