PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening learning device for a throttle valve for accurately learning reference opening of the throttle valve. SOLUTION: This opening learning device 1 of the throttle valve learns opening TH1AD and TH2AD of the throttle valve as the reference opening TH1ZRWT when the throttle valve 6 is positioned in a reference position, and has a control means 3 for controlling the opening TH1AD and TH2AD of the throttle valve 6, a calculating means 3 for calculating a maximum value MAX1AD and a minimum value MIN1AD based on the opening TH1AD and TH2AD of the throttle valve 6 equivalent to a prescribed frequency CTTHAD detected in the mutually different timing in a state of controlling the opening TH1AD and TH2AD of the throttle valve 6 toward the reference position and a determining means 3 for determining that the throttle valve 6 is positioned in the reference position when a deviation ABSSTB1 between the maximum value MAX1AD and the minimum value MIN1AD is not more than a prescribed determining value DTH1STB.
