PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a tip of a bridge plate from being caught by a recess part in raising a seat back. SOLUTION: In a rear part structure of a vehicle in which upper surfaces of folded seat backs 54, 64 and a rear part floor 34 in a rear of vehicle seat 33 are a same level, and luggage can be moved back and forth from the rear part floor 34 to an upper part of the seat back 54, 64 by putting a bridge plate 45 rotatably attached on the rear part floor 34 and along upper surfaces of the folded seat back 54, 64 at tip part thereof, a bridge plate storage area (L-shaped section recess part ) 74 in which a tip of the bridge plate 45 is stored is provided on an upper surface of the seat backs 54, 64, an edge part 73 raising the tip of the bridge plate 45 with accompanying to raising action of the seat backs 54, 64 is provided at the rear part of the seat backs 54, 64, a cam part 89 engaging with the edge part 73 is provided at a lower surface of the bridge plate 45.
