PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress accumulation of steam in a radiation electric heater and ensure insulation resistance exceeding a fixed value. SOLUTION: A control part 26 controls a high frequency oscillator 27, a grill heater 20 which is the radiation electric heater, and a lower part heater 31 in accordance with the results of inspection of a humidity sensor 16 and condition inputted from an operation part 25. That is, when humidity in a heating chamber detected by the humidity sensor 16 exceeds a fixed value after driving the high frequency oscillator 27 for a fixed period of time, electricity is conducted into the grill heater 20 during a predetermined period of time by a fixed cycle while driving the high frequency oscillator 27.
