摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum alloy extruded material which has sufficient brazability and extrudability and also has sufficient strength, hardness and heat resistance. SOLUTION: A billet of an aluminum alloy comprising, by weight, 1.2 to 2.0% Mn, 0.25 to 2.0% Cu, 0.3 to 1.0% Si and 0.10 to 0.5% Fe, and the balance Al with inevitable impurities is subjected to homogenizing treatment at 400 to 600°C for 4 to 6 hr, and is next hot-extruded at 450 to 550°C. Thus, the high hardness aluminum alloy extruded material with a fibrous structure having excellent brazability and mechanical workability, and having a hardness of≥55 Hv and a tensile strength of≥18 kgf/mm<SP>2</SP>after the extrusion is obtained.
