PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new compound having an antitumor activity and an inhibitory activity for cell motility and to provide a method for producing the same and an antitumor agent and a cell motility inhibitor comprising the same as an active ingredient and a new microorganism having the ability to produce the compound. SOLUTION: The compound is represented by general formula (I). The method for producing the compound comprises culturing the microorganism belonging to the genus Aspergillus and having the ability to produce the compound and collecting the compound from the resultant cultured product. The antitumor agent and the cell motility inhibitor comprising the compound as the active ingredient are provided. An Aspergillus sp.
