<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intra-space monitoring device which not only correctly deciding the dangerous state of an object but also is simple. <P>SOLUTION: This intra-space monitoring device 1 is provided with a three-dimensional sensor 10 for acquiring three-dimensional information inside an object area 3, a height change detection means 22 for detecting the change of a height inside the object area 3 on the basis of the acquired three-dimensional information, a position detection means 23 for detecting the position of the object 2 on the basis of the detected change of the height, a movement detection means 24 for detecting the movement of the object 2 on the basis of the detected change of the height, and a danger deciding means 25 for deciding whether or not the object 2 is in the dangerous state on the basis of the detected position and movement of the object 2.
