摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nucleic acid probe and a primer usable for judgment of sensitivity to a medicament by using the inhibition of a thymidylic acid synthetic enzyme as a mechanism of action. <P>SOLUTION: The nucleic acid molecule can detect the mutation in which a codon encoding an arginine residue at the 115th position of the thymidylic acid synthetic enzyme is converted to a nonsense codon in a gene of the thymidylic acid synthetic enzyme. The nucleic acid molecule contains a polynucleotide having the mutation in which the codon encoding the arginine residue at the 115th position is converted to the nonsense codon in the polynucleotide encoding the protein containing a specific amino acid sequence, or a nucleotide fragment hybridizing with the polynucleotide complementary to the polynucleotide. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
