PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a convex shape sheet by which the sheet can be molded to the targeted shape without losing the functionality of the sheet and incurring the dispersion, irregularities and breakage of the sheet, in molding the convex shape sheet as a constituent component of a liquid receptacle. SOLUTION: The convex shape sheet is manufactured by softening the sheet, then circumscribing the softened sheet to a molding die having a convex shape to which the sheet is formed and vacuumizing a space between the sheet and the molding die and bringing the sheet into contact tightly with the molding die. In the molding die of a vacuum-molding device as a manufacturing device for manufacturing the convex shape sheet, a vacuum suction aperture, at least a part of which is of a slit shape, is formed.
