PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a private mobile communication system capable of providing information in a busy state of a mobile communication terminal in a public network. SOLUTION: This system includes at least one or more mobile communication terminals registered with the private mobile communication system, a home location register, and a message routing module. The home location register stores a busy state value in the public network to indicate whether call connection of the terminal is possible via a public mobile communication network. The message routing module changes the value stored in the register depending on the possibility of call connection of the terminal via the public mobile communication network. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
