PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of a conventional charging system that manages a call charge only in units of PBXes when a terminal which does not belong to a PBX makes a speech at a moving destination station. SOLUTION: In the charging system of a cordless communication network 1 wherein a plurality of PBXes 20 making wireless connection to a PS 40 are interconnected through an IP network 10, the PS belongs to at least one PBX and makes a speech from a PBX to which the PS does not belong, each PBX (mobile destination station) includes: an off-line terminal information management table 64 for storing off-line terminal information including a PS identification number to identify an off-line terminal and an on-line station number (PBX number); a call charge calculation section 73 for starting charging of a call charge related to the off-line terminal when detecting a speech from an off-line terminal to calculate the call charge; and an off-line terminal speech charge management table 64 for storing the call charge in cross-reference with the off-line terminal information related to the off-line terminal.
