PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic case which is coated with a conductive paint for electromagnetic wave shielding and has an inner surface whose conductive paint hardly peels. SOLUTION: In an inner surface of the plastic case, a plurality of projection parts are formed in a region to be coated with the conductive paint and a groove is formed between the projection parts. The region is coated with the conductive paint; when the projection part is a square pole, a film thickness of about 100μm is obtained from a low part of the groove formed between the square poles, and when the projection part is a triangular pyramid, a film thickness of 150μm is obtained from a low part of a groove formed between the triangular pyramids. In the conductive plastic housing obtained in this way, the conductive paint hardly peels, thus realizing high electromagnetic shield effect. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
