PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an arithmetic element containing a plurality of regularly arrayed queue bits. SOLUTION: A plurality of occlusion fullerenes 20 where occlusion atoms 22 are occluded in fullerenes 21 are stored in carbon nano tube 10 having a hollow structure, so that an arithmetic element 100 can be constructed. When the plurality of occlusion fullerenes 20 are stored in the carbon nano tube 10, the respective occlusion fullerenes 20 are inevitably stored in the carbon nano tube 10 so as to be regularly arrayed, so that the plurality of occlusion fullerenes 20 can be regularly arrayed in the carbon nano tube 10 along the extended direction. Furthermore, the relaxing time of a spin is made sufficiently long in the arithmetic element 100.
