PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent sheet, which is free of enclosing of air when closely contacted between a liquid crystal display panel and a transparent protecting plate protecting the liquid crystal panel and enables degassing even in such a case without any special operation and imparts high visibility, shock absorptivity, and productivity, and a liquid crystal display device. SOLUTION: Disclosed are the transparent sheet, which is used while put between the liquid crystal display panel and the transparent protecting plate protecting the liquid crystal display panel in contact and has a silicone gel layer and a silicone rubber layer covering the silicone gel layer, and its manufacturing method, and the liquid crystal display device using the transparent sheet.
