PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide a multilayer film for packaging which has oxygen gas barrier properties, a mechanical strength and sealability and which has excellent surface printing suitability and printing machine suitability. SOLUTION: The multilayer film for packaging having excellent printability and printing machine suitability of a surface of an outermost layer resin is manufactured by laminating an outermost layer (A) having a thickness ratio total to total thickness of the film of the resin layer including a tensile elastic modulus of 1,600 MPa or more of 30% or more and a wet tension of 36 dyn/cm or more, an oxygen gas barrier layer (B), a polyamide resin layer (C) and a sealing layer (D) by a co-extruding method by using an adhesive layer resin.
