PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a book cover and a file, the display in which can be set freely and the expression and erasion on which can be freely changed for each other. SOLUTION: In the book cover for covering the outside of a book, a display panel is installed in at least one part among a front cover, a rear cover, a back cover and a folded back face folded to the inside of the cover of the book.
