PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flying vermin-trapping device capable of trapping the flying vermin more efficiently by forming a wide area of a lump of foam. SOLUTION: This flying vermin-trapping device is constituted by a foam-forming container 7 for housing foam-forming liquid, a foam-forming means 10 for forming the foam by using the foam-forming liquid and a foam-holding means 20 formed with a flat foam-holding surface 21 and a foam-forming space 24 as one unit and also an opening 27 communicating the foam-forming space 24 with the foam-holding surface 21 side, installing the foam-holding means 20 as the foam-holding surface 21 becoming perpendicular for flowing down the foam formed in the foam-forming space 24 by the foam-forming means 10 along the foam-holding surface 21 by advancing to the foam-holding surface 21 side to form the lump of foam BL having a prescribed thickness on the foam-holding surface 21 installed perpendicularly.
