PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow an information processor capable of administrating data and accepting the order of data processing without disposing any special administrator to detect the stop state of the information processor running the data processing and operate according the stop state.

SOLUTION: This information processor determines the stop state of the information processor at regular intervals, and presents a display according to the determined stop state to a user terminal performing the order of the data processing.
