<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a business support device which makes efficient use of a handwritten memo prepared by a person in charge of customers, and to provide a business support system, business support method and business support program. <P>SOLUTION: A customer representative inputs business card data of a customer representative of a customers by a business card scanner. Business card information is registered by a business support server with a telephone number as a key (S10). Then, the customer representative outputs visit memo sheet for a visiting customer, from a business support data input/output device (a digital multifunction machine) before visiting the customer (S11). After customer representative visits the customer (S12), he/she writes down contents of business negotiations in the outputted visit memo sheet (S13), sets the memo sheet thus used to the business support input/output device and carries out the same operation as copying.
