<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability upon switchover to a surround mode. <P>SOLUTION: An integrated speaker is used as a center speaker when a multi-surround sound field is realized. A voice signal switchover portion in a television receiving set is switched over to a center voice signal side, and an external video signal switchover portion is automatically switched over to set input terminal side at the same time. Since a voice signal system and a video signal system are switched over at the same time, a switchover operation to a surround mode for enjoying a surround sound field with video by using an external reproduction device becomes very simple, and switchover processing without mistakes can be realized. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
